Where the Purpose Test comes from
My name is Anaïs. I’m an Organisational Behaviourist (MSc), the CEO of Let’s Work Magic and the creator of the Purpose Test and the Bullsh*t Monster method. My research with over 1,000 entrepreneurs and leaders showed a correlation between where people saw themselves on the Purpose Diagram and the self-limiting beliefs that most hold them back.
The Purpose Test can be taken with any work focus on mind: your job or a desired project, for instance. Decide which work focus you’d like to test and hold it in mind as you answer.
You’ll be asked to rate your agreement with the statements on a scale from 1 to 6, one being “I absolutely disagree”, six being “I absolutely agree”. Don’t overthink your replies. Your first impulse is the right answer.
The method helps people do what matters to them, despite their resistance.
Please know that this is not a typology kind of test that aims to tell you what kind of person you are. It’s a snapshot of your current situation and will give you insights as to what may be holding you back from working with purpose. You can take the test as many times as you’d like. It will take 3 minutes and you’ll receive one of 15 carefully curated results via email.
